Group Outdoor Fitness
group outdoor fitness and strength training A cost effective way to get you on your way to the fittest you can imagine, for around $15 per session. We have specific groups to suit all levels.
Hardcore mornings. Results based training with absolutelty NO EXCUSES. For active people who just want a little bit more. Monday, Wednesday, Friday & optional Saturday mornings
Short course evenings. Quality training with a little less commitment, and for those that love their sleep. Tuesday & Thursday evenings, with optional Saturday Morning.
Fit 40's. For those returning to, or just beginning an exercise program.(No, you don't have to be 40!)Monday & Wednesday Evenings with optional Saturday morning.

All Group Fitness participants will undergo fitness testing to help monitor their progress.

There is also the option for you bring a friend or family member to the Saturday training and 50% of the $15 fee will be donated to Cancer Research.

1 on 1 or small groups
For those that want the extra attention, each session is individually designed to help you get the most out of your training and to achieve your goals in the shortest possible time. Taking into account your training history, past injuries and results from your initial fitness assessment. Bring a friend and share your trainer for only $10 extra per session.

If you train 2 or more times per week you also have the option to attend the Saturday morning Group Fitness Class (ask your trainer whether this is right for your situation) and help fund Cancer Research, as 50% of your $15 fee will be donated the Cancer Council, Victoria.

Sports Teams
Get the edge over your opposition this season, beginning with the Pre-season. I will work with the coach to design a fantastic pre-season workout, specific to your sport, with consideration to the level of your competition. You also get exclusivity, as Fight for Health WILL NOT train with another team in your competition during the same period.
