My name is Brett and I have worked in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer since 1999, helping literally hundreds of people achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. My style of training is based on my own passion for Martial arts and the sweet science of Boxing and their associated training. I have been actively involved in both for over 15 years.
It is my belief that training should always be at an intensity that at the end of each session you feel a sense of achievement, pride in yourself and the feeling that you can take on the world.
SOUNDS PRETTY TOUGH HEY? There are loads of bootcamps around these days run by young trainers with little experience and lots of attitude, these are fine if that’s what you’re after!
